There are many great tools for remote work online, we will recommend you which are best suited to manage your business and your single or multiple area personnel and how these tools best adapt to Panama.

Time Management: Everhour or None
The most important thing to understand in remote working, is that you don’t need your employees full time “connected”, you need things done. If you hesitate to time control Everhour lets you add time schedule by employee and reporting, also is available to integrate with Asana. Or refer to Law 126 of February 18, 2020 for know-how in time allocation.
File Sharing: Google Drive or Office 365.
In order to share and collaborate businesses have two good options, Google Drive is free (15GB) and you may already be paying for Office 365 so better use their One Drive solution. Share your file links directly to email, WhatsApp or integrate it with Asana.
